Paper Presentations

It will be open for all B.Tech/B.E/ MBA/MCA students of all years.

Maximum 2 authors per paper.

There is no restriction on the number of teams from the same college

Paper should be in IEEE format

Preference will be given to original papers.

LCD projectors will be provided for presentation.

The Papers should send through mail to the respective branch mail id’s which are given below. Only soft copies are accepted for the selection.

Time for paper presentation is 6+2 mins.

Online Registration of the participants is mandatory.

Registration Fee: Rs. 50 / each participant

Poster presentation

1. Team size: Maximum of two participants.

2. Online Registration of the participants is mandatory.

3. There is no restriction on the number of teams from the same college

4. A label must be placed on the poster which gives the poster title.

5. All the participants/teams can bring their posters along with abstracts to the venue directly.

6. Registration Fee: Rs. 50 / each participant

Technical Quiz

1. A team shall consist of max 3- persons.

2. The participants shall not be allowed to use mobile or other electronic instruments.

3. Replacement of any participant of a team is not allowed after registration.

4. Further information will be given at the time of this event.

5. Registration Fee: Rs. 50 / each participant.

Project Expo

1. A team shall consist of max 3- persons.

2. A team member can participate in only one project presentation

3. Participants should bring all the requirements related their project.

4. The project for competition must be displayed and presented with a poster.

5. A detailed report in support of the design and highlighting the important aspects should be submitted at the time of event. The report will be considered for judging.

6. Basic requirement i.e., electric power supply of 230V AC will be made available to participants as per requirement of project.

7. Registration Fee: Rs. 50 / each participant.

Code Mania (Programming Contest)

1. Solo event.

2. Open to all streams of B.E./B.Tech/MCA students.

3. Online Registration of the participants is mandatory.

4. Problem/given task can be solved by using any programming language.

5. Max. time allotted is 1 hour

6. Registration Fee: Rs. 50/-

Best Communicator (English / Telugu)

Solo Event

Online Registration of the participants is mandatory.

Creative Writing (English / Telugu)

Solo Event

Online Registration of the participants is mandatory.

Picture will be revealed & participants have to write a creative script within 30 min.

Solo event.

Online Registration of the participants is mandatory.

Participants shall carry their own requirements for this event

Participants can choose their own theme & Maximum time allotted is 2 hr.

Sand Art

Online Registration of the participants is mandatory.

Basic requirements i.e., – Sand, water will be provided at the venue and participants shall carry their remaining requirements.

Participants can choose their own theme & Maximum time allotted is 2 hr.

Collage

This is a solo event.

Participants can choose their own theme & Maximum time allotted is 2 hr

Participants shall bring their own scissors, pasting and other material required for the contest.

Only chart papers will be provided from Institute, All other material must be brought by the participants. Paper, Magazines, Glue, Scissor, Sketch Pen/Colours etc. to be brought by participants.

Registration Fee: Rs. 50/- per participant.

Vegetable Carving

Max of 2 members per team.

Participants are required to bring their own working tools, and vegetables to be used in the competition.

Participants can choose their own theme & Maximum time allotted is 2 hr

Registration Fee: Rs. 50/- per participant.

Traditional Dress Competition

Solo Event

Participants shall carry their own requirements for this event.

The participants will be allotted a Registration Number as their identity for the competitions

The presentation should purely be traditional oriented, without hurting the sentiments of any religion or creed or race or any social class or any individual.

Registration Fee: Rs. 50/- per participant.

Classical Instrument Play

Participants must bring their own musical instrument.

Duration of performance- max of 15 min.

Participants can choose their own theme.

Registration Fee: Rs. 50/- per participant.

Sprint - Male Category (100m, 200m, 400m)

Only for male category.

Any kind of indisciplinary behavior by any of the contingent member during any time of the fest shall lead to the cancellation of the registration and hence from further participation in the fest.

Free Accommodation is provided to the outstation participants. Boys and girls will be accommodated separately.

Decisions of the judges and organizers are final in all matters and binding on all the participants or teams.
